Boathouse Row

When I first laid eyes on this area of Philadelphia some years ago I was inspired by the tranquility of the river and the architectural beauty of Boathouse Row.

Many artists have found inspiration here, particularly the view across the Schuylkill River from I76 or West River Drive. I however, was inspired by a view that would combine acute architectural angles and mirror reflections.

I was truly inspired by Boathouse Row, and hope that you feel that I have done this "Jewel of Philadelphia" justice. Created in 2001
